What is TestWiz.Net? 

TestWiz is an easy-to-use, low-cost reporting tool. It is designed to assist educators like you who analyze student performance on tests. TestWiz.Net is the web-based version of TestWiz, customized for the MEAP, ELPA, MME, and MAP data. It allows for anyone with permission and with Internet access to view the district's test results. Highlights:

• Test data is uploaded to a secure Web server managed by dataMetrics.
• You can assign permission to view student level data down to the teacher level. 
• No need for your IT department to install new versions of software, or import test data. All software and uploading of data is done on your behalf by dataMetrics.

What can TestWiz do beyond the MEAP reports we get from the state? 

The state reports are static. TestWiz gives you a way to interact with the data. You can:

• Track students and school performance over time.
• Zero-in on students who did poorly, or well, or students that fit a particular demographic as defined on the MEAP tests.
• Use Comparison Groups to generate reports comparing results for different sub-groups of students.
• Link to the actual released items on item analysis reports. 

How about other tests?

TestWiz gives you the opportunity to view and analyze results of multiple assessments. Imagine learning one tool that is used to analyze virtually any of your tests. We can take data in any form, convert, and upload it so you can create reports. You can key-enter scores directly online for assessments such as the DIBELS and DRA or other tests. TestWiz.Net also supports local scanning for benchmark assessments. What type of support is available?   

There are online Help screens and several support documents available. A toll-free helpline is open from 8:30 to 5:00 (EST) weekdays. E-mail questions are answered within 24 hours.

What about training? 

It should be easy to get started with TestWiz but in order to learn about its many features and to help districts make the best use of TestWiz, there are several trainers in Michigan who provide onsite and group training.
